Have experience with a Drumming Program for six months with the young people the Aiséirí Aislinn, one of the few Adolescent Addiction Treatment Centres in Ireland. Located in Ballyragget, Co. Kilkenny, it provides unique, quality treatment for young people between the age of 15 and 21 years living with the destructive impact of alcohol, drugs and/or gambling.
The Drumming Program was very popular and beneficial for the residents and was part of their rehabilitation program on their road to recovery.
As well as this, the drumming helps accelerate physical healing by boosting the immune system, reducing tension and stress and helps alleviate chronic pain.
